Ven. Lama Kunga Rinpoche has kindly agreed to bestow the EMPOWERMENT OF SIMHAMUKHA (Tibetan Senge Dongma) on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at 2:00 pm, US Pacific time.
The Blue Lion-Headed Dakini, in a wrathful form, is the manifestation of the enlightened awareness of the Buddha. With compassion and wisdom, she destroys spiritual obstacles, hindrances, negativities, and evil forces.
REGISTRATION FOR THIS EMPOWERMENT IS BELOW.
After you register, an email will be sent to you with the Zoom link. It may take a while to receive this email. If you don’t receive it in two days, register again. Do not register many times. Email Ewam Choden if you don’t receive the link after two days. ( info@ewamchoden.org )
There are no prerequisites or requirements for this empowerment while it is assumed that you are a Buddhist practitioner.
This empowerment is free to everyone. However, your donation of any amount is appreciated. You may donate by using the Donate button on the upper right side of the page. Or you may mail a check to Ewam Choden.
Please arrive on time – attendees will not be admitted after the session has begun.
Please stay through the end, including dedication prayers and any advice from the lama. If you leave early, you are not considered to have received the empowerment.

A practice sadhana for SIMHAMUKHA from Ewam Choden can be mailed to people anywhere who have completed the empowerment and request it. Kurukulle (Tibetan: rig che ma) is magnetizing power. Her practice is one of the 13 Golden Dharmas of the Sakyapa. She may be called upon for her powers of enchantment to subdue evil spirits, demon and humans working against the welfare of humanity and spiritual growth. Her practice may also be helpful for improving health, wealth, and spiritual energy. To the sincere practitioner, she brings a power of peacefulness, joy, and wisdom.

HEVAJRA (ཀྱེའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་) is the main deity of the Sakya tradition and its practice is the focus of the Lamdre teachings. This empowerment may be taken either as a practice or as a blessing.
This Empowerment will be In-person and will not be Livestreamed.
Preparation Day / Tuesday, July 19 2pm – 4pm
Main Initiation / Wednesday, July 20 2pm – 6pm
Note: All times refer to California, USA, Pacific Daylight Time
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before each session
No one can be admitted after the start of the Preparation Day or the Empowerment day.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH DAYS OF THIS EMPOWERMENT

COVID ACCOMMODATIONS:
Large shrine room with adequate spacing and ventilation.
Nonetheless, Masks are required.
TOTAL ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED TO 100 PERSONS
25 PLACES are allocated to people who have not received this empowerment from a Sakya lama.
The remaining 75 PLACES are available to people who have already received this empowerment from a Sakya lama.
THIS WILL NOT BE LIVESTREAMED and WILL BE IN-PERSON ONLY
EVERYONE MUST PRE-REGISTER USING THE FORM BELOW.
On the form, please indicate if you’ve already received Hevajra from a Sakya lama, or if this empowerment is new to you.
