The schedule is the following:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

FRIDAY, March 22—Start at 7:00 pm<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

SATURDAY, March 23—Start at 9:00 am.\u00a0 Break for lunch at 12 noon. Resume at 1:30 pm. Finish at about 4:30 (or 5:00) pm<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

SUNDAY, March 24—Similar to Saturday.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

MONDAY, March 25—Start at 7:00 pm.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Participants should plan on attending the entire series.\u00a0 Individual Tara empowerments may not be taken.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Everyone is welcome.\u00a0<\/span> There is no prerequisite.<\/span>\u00a0 Practice sadhana papers will be given for each Tara.<\/span>\u00a0 The empowerments may be received as blessings.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The donation amount for the 21 Tara Empowerments is $ 400.\u00a0 Dana (offering to the lama) is separate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

TARA is a BODHISATTVA\u00a0<\/strong> (Sanskrit<\/a>: \u0924\u093e\u0930\u093e<\/span>, t\u0101r\u0101<\/span>; Tibetan<\/a> \u0f66\u0f92\u0fb2\u0f7c\u0f63\u0f0b\u0f58 = Drolma) also known as \u0100rya T\u0101r\u0101<\/b>, or Jetsun Dolma.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Each of her 21 emanations has her own mantra and enlightened quality including protection, pacification, purification, rescue, healing, and varieties of assistance to practitioners on many levels.\u00a0 Tara is sometimes called the mother of the Buddhas. She is associated with Chenrezig and with Amitabha Buddha. There is a 21 verse prayer of praises to each Tara emanation, describing her qualities, which is recited in all schools of Tibetan Buddhism.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
